Terms of Service

This platform is operated by Fine (referred to as "Fine" or "the Platform").

fine.im is an AI employee platform: you can create and manage AI employees (Agents) that perform conversations, writing, research, data processing, scheduled tasks and more in your dedicated workspace, accumulating memories and output files.

The Platform is invite-only. By registering you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.

2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (email and password) and for all activity under your account.

3. You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or scrape or abuse platform APIs.

4. You must not repackage platform APIs for resale or redistribute them as a cheap API to third parties. Rate and usage limits are enforced and abnormal usage will be restricted and audited.

5. You must ensure you hold lawful rights to the content you process through AI employees (uploaded files, instructions and data).

You must not use the Platform to generate, store or distribute content that:

1. violates applicable laws or regulations, or infringes others' intellectual property, privacy or reputation rights;

2. involves minors in any sexual or exploitative context, or constitutes harassment, hate speech or incitement of violence;

3. is malware, phishing material or otherwise intended to harm systems or persons;

4. is fraudulent, deliberately deceptive, or intended to mislead others about its AI-generated origin where disclosure is required by law.

Rules specific to AI employees (Acceptable Use):

5. AI employees act on your instructions; you are responsible for what you instruct them to do and for how you use their outputs, and you must hold the lawful rights and authorizations involved.

6. You must not instruct AI employees to: send spam or create fake engagement at scale; generate or spread disinformation, or impersonate real persons to defraud; intrude, scan or attack systems you do not own or lack written authorization to test (security testing of your own or explicitly authorized systems is fine); or circumvent the safety, integrity or rate-limiting mechanisms of the Platform or any third party.

7. You must not use AI employee outputs as automated high-impact decisions — such as employment, credit, medical or legal determinations that materially affect others — without human review.

8. The Platform provides technical services; model capabilities are powered by third-party model providers, and your use of such capabilities is additionally subject to the applicable provider's usage policies.

Violation may result in content removal and account restriction or termination (see Section 9).

Data you generate on the Platform — including conversation history, workspace files, and AI employees' memories and outputs — belongs to you. The Platform does not use your data for model training and does not sell it to third parties.

1. Content generated by AI employees (text, code, analysis, files, etc.) is produced automatically by large language models. The Platform does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, investment, etc.).

2. You should review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it; the Platform is not liable for losses arising from direct use of such content.

3. The results of tasks performed by AI employees (e.g. running scripts, scheduled jobs) depend on their instructions and your configuration; please verify outputs before delivery.

The Platform relies on third-party services to operate, including large language model providers, payment processing, email delivery and human verification. Your use of features powered by such services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms; the Platform is not responsible for the availability or acts of third-party services.

1. Built-in platform models and official skills are billed from your account balance by actual usage (token volume or call count). Rates are dynamic and may be adjusted; the rate in effect at the time of consumption applies. Every charge is itemized in your billing records (Settings → Billing), which prevail as the statement of account.

2. You may configure your own API key for an AI employee; calls through your own key do not consume platform balance.

3. When your balance is insufficient, platform model calls will be paused with clear notice; AI employees using your own API key are unaffected.

4. Promotional credits granted at registration or through other campaigns are non-withdrawable and non-transferable.

You may not use the Platform if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. You may not use the Platform in violation of applicable export control laws.

1. The Platform is at an early stage and features may change. We strive to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and do not exclude interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades or force majeure.

2. If you breach these Terms or applicable laws, the Platform may, at its discretion and depending on severity, take one or more enforcement measures, including warnings, restricting some or all features, removing violating content, and suspending or permanently terminating your account — without prior notice where circumstances are urgent or severe.

3. For accounts restricted or terminated due to violations: the Platform assumes no obligation to retain, export or return any data under such accounts (conversations, files, AI employee configurations and memories), and such data may be deleted; any paid-but-unused balance and all promotional credits of such accounts are non-refundable.

You may delete your account at any time: after contacting us to initiate deletion, your account will be deactivated and its data (conversations, files, AI employee configurations and memories) will be permanently deleted. Please export anything you wish to keep beforehand.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, etc.). The Platform's total liability for any single event shall not exceed the total fees you have actually paid to the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the operator's place of registration.

These Terms may be updated; updates will be posted on this page with the date marked, and material changes will be notified via in-product notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
