Pricing

A subscription covers the basic use of the platform — how many AI employees you can hire and how much cloud drive space you get:

· Acquaintance（相见）: ¥36/month or ¥360/year — up to 5 AI employees + 5 GB cloud drive.
· Familiarity（相识）: ¥66/month or ¥660/year — up to 8 AI employees + 50 GB cloud drive.
· Companionship（相知）: ¥98/month or ¥980/year — up to 10 AI employees + 200 GB cloud drive.
· Devotion（相守）: coming soon.

Subscriptions are prepaid from your balance, monthly or yearly, and can be upgraded or downgraded anytime. When a subscription expires, usage pauses but your history and data remain accessible. New accounts receive one month of Acquaintance plus ¥50 in welcome credits, and another ¥50 after phone verification.

Built-in platform models are billed from your balance by actual token usage (input is split into cache-hit and cache-miss tiers); official platform capabilities (e.g. web search, image and video generation) are billed per call. The rate in effect at the moment of consumption applies.

If you configure your own API key for an AI employee, its calls go through your key and do not consume platform balance (the Platform only records usage faithfully).

Every charge is itemized with model, token count and amount in Settings → Billing, which prevails as the statement of account. You can also set a daily spending cap in Settings — once reached, paid services pause for the day.

fine.im uses a prepaid balance: subscriptions and pay-as-you-go charges are both deducted from it. Single top-up range: ¥10 – ¥10,000, via bank card / PayPal / Alipay / WeChat Pay (shown automatically based on your region).

Welcome credits: ¥50 on activation, another ¥50 after phone verification; when an invited friend completes phone verification, both sides receive ¥50 — each phone number earns the reward only once. Promotional credits are non-withdrawable and non-transferable.

Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, issues your receipt and handles payment-related taxes).

Unused topped-up balance is refundable to the original payment method — refund requests are settled the next day. Promotional credits are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
