Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the fine.im platform operated by Fine (referred to as "fine.im" or "the Platform").

1. Account information: email (account identity, used for sign-in, verification and password recovery), display name, password (stored only as an irreversible hash — no one can see the plaintext), and optional avatar / job title / bio.

2. Usage data: your conversations with AI employees, task records, and model-call ledgers (model, token usage, call time — used for billing and usage display).

3. Workspace files: files produced or uploaded by you and your AI employees, stored in your dedicated workspace.

4. Security logs: minimal records of security events such as sign-in, registration and rate limiting (e.g. IP, time), used for anti-abuse auditing.

Information is collected only to: provide and maintain the service (authentication, AI employee runtime, file storage), billing and usage accounting, security protection (anti-abuse, anti bulk-registration), and notifications you request (verification and password-recovery emails).

We do not use your conversation content or files to train models, and we do not sell any of your data to third parties.

1. Data is stored on the Platform's own servers with access control; different users' data is isolated from one another.

2. Third parties strictly necessary to provide the service: large language model providers (your messages are sent to the provider of the model you selected to generate replies — built-in models go through the platform-configured provider, while your own API key routes to the provider your key belongs to); the email provider (to send verification and password-recovery emails); and Cloudflare Turnstile (human verification during registration/sign-in).

3. Beyond the above necessary scenarios and legal requirements, we do not disclose your data to any third party.

1. Access & correction: the settings page shows your account information and usage statistics; you may correct your display name, avatar and other profile fields at any time.

2. Export: files in your workspace can be retrieved by you at any time.

3. Deletion: you may contact the administrator at any time, or email service@fine.im, to delete your account. After deletion the account is deactivated and its conversations, files, AI employee configurations and memories are permanently deleted and unrecoverable — except logs that laws or regulations require us to retain (deleted when the retention period expires).

Data is retained while your account exists and deleted as described above after deletion. We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed password storage, access control and security audit trails; however, no system can promise absolute security, so please safeguard your credentials as well.

This policy may be updated; updates will be posted on this page with the date marked, and material changes will be notified via in-product notice or email. For questions about this policy or to exercise the rights above, contact the platform administrator or emailservice@fine.im.
